Hassle-free returns for damaged items.
Policy Details
- We accept returns ONLY if the product received is damaged, defective, or the incorrect item was delivered. Returns for any other reasons (such as change of mind, size issues, or dislike of product) are not accepted.
- You must raise a return request within 7 days of order delivery. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
- In case you receive a defective or wrong product, we will arrange a reverse pickup and cover the shipping charges.
- If your pin code is non-serviceable by our courier partners for reverse pickup, you will be required to self-ship the product. Shipping charges up to ₹100 are refundable for defective/wrong products.
- Please ensure the product is packed properly to prevent further damage during transit. The product must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
